For irreversible forms, the prognosis is better when treatment is started early. given that the presence of Alzheimer’s pathology develops almost 20 years before the development of symptoms. Mild cognitive impairment, cognitive decline, is considered arguably the earliest clinical stage of Alzheimer’s disease and is characterized by normal activities of daily living, with memory problems, but without dementia 3 The degree of oxidative stress and inflammation are considered risk factors for the progression of Alzheimer’s disease, which is characterized by the death of brain cells and loss of synaptic activity. Furthermore, given the extensive neuronal loss in patients with Alzheimer’s disease, effective treatment should preferably  begin at least at the stage of mild cognitive impairment.4
